This page summarises the main terms that apply when you use the service. It is written in plain language and does not replace the full agreement you accept in the app.

Who provides the service

The service is provided by Swarming Labs Ltd, incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. Signing in means you accept these terms together with the rules of the third-party markets you choose to use through Sparkling app.

Who can use it

  • You are at least 18 and have legal capacity where you live.
  • You are not in a restricted jurisdiction: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the occupied Zaporizhzhia, Luhansk, Donetsk or Crimea regions of Ukraine.
  • Your name does not appear on UN, US, EU or UK sanctions lists.
  • You use only the features permitted in your country; some markets are closed in some regions.

Your wallet and your responsibility

Your wallet is self-custodial. We do not hold your funds and cannot move them without your signature, reverse a confirmed transaction or restore a lost recovery phrase. You are responsible for keeping your email, login codes and recovery phrase secure.

Third-party markets

Swaps, perpetual futures, binary options, prediction markets and tokenized stocks are provided by third parties, including liquidity providers, Hyperliquid, Lighter, Polymarket and Backed. Each has its own rules and regional restrictions, which apply to your trades. The AI agent prepares orders; every order is executed only after you confirm it. The app provides information and execution, not personal investment, tax or legal recommendations.

Verification and compliance

We may request proof of identity, address or source of funds where the law requires it, screen accounts against sanctions lists and suspend accounts linked to fraud, money laundering or attempts to bypass regional restrictions, for example with a VPN.

Risks, fees and liability

Trading involves significant risk, leveraged products can lose your whole margin, and digital assets are not covered by deposit insurance. Fees for each trade are shown before you confirm. We provide the service on an as-is basis; to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for market losses, network failures or third-party market outages. We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes in the app.
